Chakra Balancing is used to release any negative blocked energy that can be stuck in your bodies energy system. Our chakras are our energetic map in our body and as we have certain experiences in our life we can hold onto the memories of those experiences which can affect our health and wellbeing in our body and life.

Rebecca uses a combination of energy healing modalities such as crystals, essential oils, crystal singing bowls and she takes you on a personal guided meditation to help clear & release any blocked energy.
