Terms, Conditions, and Instructions For Psychic Medium Readings

When booking in for any readings please read up on our psychic’s so you know who is the best one for you to book in with 💜

To get the best possible reading we recommend you read the following instructions, terms and conditions -

  • Keep an open heart and mind, it’s important you are open for the reading because it is a exchange of energy and if you have walls up we can’t access your energy to do a proper reading for you.
  • Our readers are the messengers of the spirit world, they only pass the messages onto you from Spirit and they cannot control who comes through. 
  • We do ask you to please acknowledge the information given to you with a “yes”, “no”, or “I’m not sure”. This helps the reader to know if she is on the right track so she can ask for more information from the spirit world to make the message clearer. 
  • Call in your loved ones in spirit, ask them to be there with you at the reading. If you have any questions you would like answered, ask them before the reading. It helps the reader to connect in stronger with them if you also bring something that use to belong to them. 
  • If your loved one has recently passed away, we do suggest allowing them some time to transition into the spirit world. This will give them some time to adjust to there new surroundings. We usually recommend waiting a couple of months.
  • The information given to you at the time of your reading is for guidance. Your free will and personal choices will affect the outcome. The reader is not responsible for any turn or events that may be contrary to the information given. You are the creator of your own destiny and are here to walk your own path. 
  • Please arrive around 10 minutes early so the reading can start on time. Our reader must complete the reading within 60 minutes in preparation for the next appointment.
  • By taking an appointment you agree that all fees paid prior to your appointment by you are non-refundable once our readers have provided the service to you.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible preferably within 12 hours. We do have clients who are on our waiting list, and this enables another person to receive the appointment instead.
